Hard Cash (DVD 2002)

Thomas (Christian Slater, "Windtalkers") pulled off the perfect crime, he and his team of master thieves (Bokeem woodbine, "Dead Presidents"), (Daryl Hannah, "Splash"), (Verne Troyer, "Austin Powers 2&3"), (Balthazar Getty, "Lost Highway") got away with millions. The problem is, it's all FBI marked money that dirty agent Mark Cornell (Val Kilmer, "Red Planet") was trying to launder for himself.
